Ann B. Miller, 

Founder and President

For over 15 years, I have worked with many clients to guide them in making informed decisions about their health insurance options. I am licensed in various states on the east coast as well as certified with multiple insurance companies to educate individuals on their health care needs. I have built a team at HCSB that combines over 30 plus years of experience in the insurance industry with a focused desire to meet the needs of those seeking health, life, and long term care insurance as well as annuities.

Julie nester, 

Office Manager

I was born and raised in Bethlehem PA where I currently live with my loving family. (including our sweet dog Jack) I graduated from Saint Luke’s School of Nursing in 2009 and began my career as an RN. I first joined HCSB part time as an administrative assistant for 3 years. After working as an RN in different capacities through the years I chose to return to HCSB in a broader capacity. Assisting clients, managing and organizing office and marketing projects, as well as assisting in the major transformative projects HCSB has undergone. I love working with our team! The individuals that aren’t actual family, feel like family. I love that we encourage one another in our faith and that we share that love and care with our clients. It’s truly a unique experience.

Office Support

I have been part of the HealthCare Solutions team for the last few years. I am available to help clients and support Ann with a variety of tasks. Being bilingual allows us to serve the Spanish community. I have a diverse background in the health care field for over 15 years and look forward to being a part of the unique family vibe at HCSB.

Office Administrator

I have worked with Ann at HCSB for over 8 years starting as a seasonal employee and now as the Office Administrator. I enjoy being able to use my abilities in the many day-to-day administrative tasks of the office and serve the company and communities needs.

 
Jennifer Murphy is certified to educate you about your healthcare choices.

Jennifer L. Murphy, 

Licensed Consultant

I have worked in the senior health care industry for 17 years. Previously, I had worked in investment planning for several years.  As a result of my passion to help others, I acquired my licensing and certification enabling me to educate individuals and employers regarding health and life insurance options. Mentored by HCSB founder, Ann B. Miller, I am well prepared to provide you with honest, helpful and current information.

Information Technology Specialist

Starting in April of 2020; I joined HCSB as the IT Manager and Compliance officer. I am responsible for the research, design and implementation of the company’s IT Infrastructure as well as the systems administration. I enjoy being able to bring my knowledge and expertise to the company as well as being able to help people. I am looking forward to assisting with the future of HealthCare Solution Benefits Inc.
